What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us and the minimum technical data needed to deliver the site.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision making.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical data to deliver and protect it.
FormSubmit relays demo form submissions to our inbox by email.
Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so no third party is contacted when you browse it.

Essential: your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage under motrix-consent, so we do not ask again. It never leaves your device.
Analytics (optional): we currently use none. If we add analytics in the future, it will only run for visitors who choose "Accept all", and this policy will list the provider.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and related emails are kept for as long as needed to follow up with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Canada's PIPEDA, the EU and UK GDPR and Brazil's LGPD, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to its use. Email sales@motrixso.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS with strict transport security and a restrictive content security policy. Access to submitted data is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
